I called today September 22, 2021. I just bought a condo in Brentwood and the kitchen is very out dated from 1977. They advertised kitchen remodel consultation. I spoke to what sounded like a young female about and hour ago. She began to lecture me on the pandemic and how they only do virtual consults at this time. I went to pick up some lumber ordered online. Oliver not only helped me with loading, but he also made sure I had a piece of lumber to keep the load safe and from shifting. This service went above and beyond and I will be coming back again. Thanks, Oliver, your service was great!
Didn’t have 1 lb 3” deck screws, no welding machine, no ridgid grinders. Had to go to another store.
Never ever ever ever buy appliances from Home Depot, it’s been 3 weeks of bad service and still NOOOO working appliances , I’m totally amazed at how badly a company can mess up something that should be simple !!!

I just want to say THANK YOU to Landon at the Home Depot in Cool Springs. I (no judgement) ran out of gas on the interstate and walked over to Home Depot (it was cold and night time) and he offered to drive me back so I didn't have to walk back alone. I don't usually take rides from strangers, but given the situation I took him up on it. Once we got to my car he waited to make sure I drove off okay and I'm glad he did because my gas was flooding out instead of into the tank.
