Home Depot has really done it this time. We perched a brand new dishwasher delivered to our home. Within the first 24 hours there are an issue with the Washer. Per the return policy We called right away for a replacement. Home Depot customer service dismissed us and said that it’s not their problem. The manufacturer is failing to help as well and 30 Days latter we are still trying to get the washer replaced. At this point just want to return and refund. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning. I purchased 4 pieces of lumber here that were marked $3-something. I didn’t use two of them and came to return them and notice that I was charged for the $29 lumber that I intentionally avoided. I spoke to two managers and they refused to refund me the price difference, telling me that they needed proof that the lumber was mismarked. So disappointed with this store, specifically the carpet department. We have used this store twice to install new carpet. We purchased a carpet with a 15 year warranty in January 2017. Within this past year, the carpet has become extremely worn and matted. I can literally pick out pieces of carpet. I take extremely good care of my carpet and clean it frequently, both professionally and with my own products. I contacted the store back in August to start the warranty process.
