I placed an order for a new washer and dryer online. On the first delivery date, the dryer was damaged so had to be sent back and reordered. Today, the delivery crew arrived, but don't have any dryer on their truck. I regret ordering from Home Depot.
Shockingly bad experience and customer service. Pass the buck, pass the buck! Thanksgiving weekend our refrigerator broke down. We went, that weekend to buy a new fridge from our local Home Depot. We were able to make our decision quickly and our sales lady got us all squared away for delivery. She informed us that it would be delivered in two weeks. That alone surprised and disappointed me.
