I would not recommend purchasing carpet or installation from this Home Depot. I had carpet installed in March and am having issues with premature wear on carpet as well as installation problems. I have actively pursued a resolution since the end of May and still getting the run around. Buyer beware!

Awful customer service. I have tried to give them my money to put carpet into my place, but I wait and wait and wait, on hold over the phone or in person.

We just went to Home Depot to buy supplies needed to build a bookshelf in our house. Every person who helped us was amazing, but we were lucky enough to end up with a gentleman named Dale assisting us during our visit. He went above and beyond to help us out, he seemed as invested in our project as we were. With his help our project turned from an okay but functional bookshelf, to a masterpiece that will look amazing in our new house. I would stay away from this Home Deport. I have a new snow blower that I took in for an oil leak it took 8 weeks for them to look at it only to tell me they don't know why it leaks but they could send it to a large shop but it would take another 8 - 10 weeks. The customer service is awful, very unprofessional and not customer friendly. I have had to call Home Depot at least 15 times over the past 8 weeks and never received a call back.
