The other night I had to run to the hardware store at the last minute. I needed some tools to finish a project at home. I was so happy to have run into Joel Fernandez from Caguas, Puerto Rico. Who not only was professional but helped me find everything I was looking for. Joel just moved here 3 days ago and is already working!!! this store sucks the manager Chris Currie is a terrible human being
So disappointed. We had their guy come out to measure and were all set to buy new carpet. Went to pick it out, they were doing the estimate and began quoting these furbiture moving fees The guy who did yhe measuring said the furniture wasn't an issue other than one bed. When we said nevermind to the sales rep she just said, ok..not even an apology. I'd rather pay an honest company.

Went to bring back the second Ryobi gas power head, this one only 60 days old, while I was kicking myself for not learning that it was poor quality the first time, I was told that I would have to pay another $18 to have it sent out for warranty work. Even though we did buy the extended warranty, this was adding insult to injury,.
