Love that they welcome your dog inside the store. Home Depot is like my 2nd home... I have spent $$$$$$ there on all my flip houses.
Not a bad store except for purchasing appliances. Associates are pretty good but the third party delivery company is the worst. Guys left after 7 minutes over an error. The delivery guys would not wait for me to contact store. The customer service(scheduling and delivery team) was the worst. They did not care and would tell me they have no control over delivery company. Then they would tell me different “rules” delivery company had for installation. Bottom line… See more
I bought a shed from Home Depot back on 7/3. Expected delivery on 7/26. They shipped it on 7/8. Got a message from the carrier saying I’d have it the following week. Cool. Right? Well no. They later called and said it was delayed and I would have it on the original delivery date 7/26. Well, it’s now 8/1 and I don’t have my shed. No one has contacted me. Horrible online customer support. Be sure to read every last detail of the fine print. They bury things and don’t allow returns even when you received an item that was not as the website described.
