Ordered a big order yesterday for same day pickup. No call. I called 3x today and finally got through tonight. I asked when I can do the great idea of curbside pickup as offered. Response, "well, not sure when we will get to it, so you can come here and start pulling the items yourself". Yeah, I want to do that when you offer cubside during the pandemic. Fools. Canceled $1,600 order and headed to Lowes. I get that working retail sucks right now, but come on with the attitude.
practice social distancing corralling all your customers at the door to get in. Stupid Really. The parking lot is 1 full and there is a line if people crowding to get in. get a grip home depot

The company is great but, for 2 years I have given feedback that in a gigital world where you have the option to email me my receipt why do you still print it and waste all that paper. Bad for the environment and a factor that code go straight to the bottom line in reduced maintenance on your printers and reduction in paper waste. #profit
I find the store great. Everyone is helpful to me as I am handicapped. They are always concerned we get what we need. Thank them for their friendliness
72 hour install carpet is a scam...... The installer has 48 hours to call, the days don't count Saturdays. In Honest representation 72 hour carpet is 7-10 day carpet....Customer Service representatives left holding the bag of shit Home Depot Markets.... Done with Home Depot, Going to Lowes sharing my story and hopefully getting honest customer service.
