If I could rate less than one star I would. You can never get anyone to help you in this store. Why are employees not trained better? Items are on the shelves that they refuse to sell. I have to drive to Madison, MS to get good service at HD.
Actually I didn't want to give them one star. Totally disrespectful and act like they were too tired to roll a grill out and put it on a truck. Then they tried to switch the grills by giving me the display on the outside with rain water and rust. �
Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life after spend $6,000 of my hard earned money. Very unprofessional. Won't spend another dime!!!
This home depot has the worst cashier's they are very rude and disrespectful and need some home training the store is terrible in General all they do is give bad customer service along with their bad attiudes
