I like the Home Depot but you can’t get any help. I have tried numerous times to get some help and you never can. When I have gotten help they are nice but you just can’t get any help.
Whoever y’all have answering your phone is the RUDEST little bit$& I’ve ever encountered! She is NOT who I would have dealing with the public as the face of my store. Shame on Home Depot for not doing better than this!
Today I was in the store to buy 1 1/2" Flexable hose. I found the flexible hose, and it was what I wanted. Its on the top shelf. So I ask for assistance. The elderly man in plumbing walks over. I tell him what I need. He looks at the old hose I brought in. Measured it. Then proceeds to tell me what I want wont work. I tell him, the hose doesn't have to be the same, just the size of the ends and it needs to be flexible. He then tells me my clamps, that I have on the old hose won't work! Rebrand the store as a big box store offering no customer service. In this fashion, customers won't expect much, and thus won't be so disappointed.
