Thank you to the floor manager who helped me with the purchase of a Honda Lawnmower this afternoon. I was afraid I was going to have a bad experience considering when I arrived, no one could find the mower I had requested be pulled. After a few tense moments the manager came up, personally pulled the mower I wanted, rang me up AND loaded it for me! This is what customer service looks like! I'll be darned, it does still exist!
I had been to this location of Home Depot. I received excellent support from the staff there. I have been the customer of Home Depot at different locations too for many years. Their service is excellent and without any bias. I extend my gratitude to them at this time of wrong accusation. :)
