Disappointing experience at the Plano store today. Gift card system is down. Clerks just shrugged and asked for my credit card. Sorry...i have $100 of gift cards. Didn't buy my birthday gifts today. Left with nothing.
Shout out to the young lady Nicole, working in the hardware section. Her persistence to find me a solution will bring me back to Home Depot after I was just ready to give up. I was sent to this location from another store. Was told they had the grill i was looking for in stock. It wasnt even on display nor any boxes on the shelf. Found an employee to page the lawn and garden guy to come help me find one. The employee that was supposed to help talked to another customer for over 15 mins then walked away out of the department.
