Great customer service! The associates at the service center called to let me know there was another carton for my online order that was overlooked; instead of asking me to pick it up, they delivered it within 30 minutes!
Bought a Maytag dryer last weekend. Waited a week for delivery only to have to refuse it when it arrived due to loud running/rattling noises when they started it up. Maytag won't even contact me for 3-4 days to discuss scheduling a replacement. Called Home Depot to cancel my purchase and they can't locate a record of my purchase. Incompetence is everywhere.
We had a very bad experience this evening and after the poor experience just unloaded a damaged grill! Not happy! Jordan and Brad did not seemed concerned to apologize for the poor service, lack off common sense, and time wasted. I would like to be contacted by the DM ASAP!
