I work here & it's decent. I haven't heard a complaint that wasn't resolvable.
I haven't gone to the elmont location in 4 years for a reason. I went in before work to get a set of keys made, walked and there was already a guy waiting for 20 min before I even got there. I ended up waiting a total of 35min before someone eventually walked over to the key making area (which had the open sign blinking above it). While I was there 3 different people came by and said someone would be over soon. Complete annoyance. The wait was longer than my trip there and back.
