There are Rock Star's in the form of Angel's at the Home Depot in Aspen Hills. Went in stressed and came out blessed. Best customer service ever. I got a DIY tutorial and my item fixed. First I ran into Joe, he was extremely informative and awesomely helpful. Then Ethan tag in for the helpful win. Ethan we did that thang. I learned and I'm winning all because of the exceptional customer service by not one but two of Home Depot's finest
Absolutely the most horrendous customer service. It doesn't matter what language, I can communicate in four, even if u talk to a rep in their own language after trying English, they will ignore you or give u a short, completely wrong answer and send you on your way. Tried to custom order my door, which is big bucks for them, and they kept losing my record or measurements and blaming their co workers, needless to say I didn't get the door. Know what u need, read the aisle signs, if they don't have it on the shelf don't waste ... read more
