I was on hold with this store for 40 minutes, in which I was transferred 3 times, and then hung up on. This is not the first time their customer has been extremely poor either. Less than couple weeks ago I was on hold for over an hour, transferred multiple times, and then someone told me they were too busy but would call me back. Suprise, suprise, they never did.
You cannot find employees wanting to help customers, they just walk on by you like you don't exist, that is not very good customer service and this store in aspen hill,md is not very neat and stuff is laying all over the place. Went in there again this morning and they were carts with stuff in them that were sitting in same spot as yesterday.
Just purchased a small sink/vanity combo for our bathroom, brought it home and found out the vanity had some cracks in it. Did not feel it was worth the trouble to return it but I did photograph the damage and went back with my receipt and showed one of the managers, he was very nice about it and gave me a substantial discount. Thank you!
Bobby and Tom you spend more time trying to get out of work. 30 mins waiting for a store associate to cut rope would have been funny had it not been so painful. The 3rd employee they said they had to get to cut the rope was never close enough to get his name. The funny part was at the end of it I had to use my own knife because in a store full of tools they can not find anything to do the most basic of jobs.
