So I bought a Washer and Dryer from the Home Depot in Hybla Valley, RT 1, Alexandria, VA and scheduled the delivery for last Thursday 9 November... When the driver showed up they did not have my washer and dryer in the truck and I was told that my delivery had to be rescheduled to today... However the Home Depot dropped the ball and did not reschedule it with the delivery company and so guess what no washer and dryer!!!! So not happy!!! Do not go to this store if you want customer service.... I now have to wait until Monday ... read more
Horrible experience. Do not purchase carpet from here. My sister did and it was falling apart within hours of installation. It was to be dealt with by Christmas, and she just found out final decision is they will not stand by their product or installation. I will continue to share this experience along with the pictures until I'm satisfied everyone connected with me and my family is aware. She will be seeking legal action.
