RecommendedThe dishwasher died at our house! Who knew that dishwashers are not being shipped into the US at the moment (along with a lot of other smaller appliances)? Have been using HomeDepot for years and receiving military discount. The president of Home Depot is a Marine. Today wanted to order items online and was advised by store management that if it is not available in the store and you have to order online that the military discount is not available. I don’t understand no worries found a similar item at Lowe’s and they do honor the military discount both in store and online.
I waited on hold 56 minutes and just got disconnected trying to cancel an appliance order
More reasons to avoid Home Depot . . . No carts available to get material because employees have them full of inventory and trash - and the “nail in the coffin” - no pets allowed. Headed to Lowe’s.
there's a horrible guy name alvin who doesnt really assist me, just pointed me in the direction of item. I guess since he was so busy on his phone convo. He had horrible customer service . also said he been their many years which i couldnt believe why they keep people so long like that.
We had a terrible experience. We had printed an entire list of what we needed for our projects. Some was available at store some was not, so we tried to do an order through customer service. Tried Friday night, oooppps! Computers are not working. Went again Saturday, oh no! You can’t order through US, go online. WTF??? Who would have thought it would be SO HARD to spend like 3k? From now on, we will be going to Lowe’s.
