Not good. I pointed out molded plywood that should be trashed. Employees don’t give a damn. They put it back on the shelf! SAD!
The worst store. No one picks up phone For 2 days in a row I've been on hold for over one hour. Did a preorder and they sold my order. When asked to speak to manager.employee pearson asked for what until i got rude w him did he call then proceeded to laugh. Seriously go to Alexandria
We purchased a dryer from here in October. After missing 3 days of work for delivery windows that were never honored, the dryer arrived 6 weeks later and then, broke two weeks later. The store manager refused to take the dryer back or to refund our money. They are the ones that recommended the dryer to us. They're basically just like crooked used car salesmen and their customer service is terrible. They actually lied to us on 3 different occasions. Avoid this store.
Went to buy a chain saw the person who help took care of everything made it easy
I was there early this morning before the garden center opened. I ended up getting 10 bags of mulch and was hauling it a long ways to a check out when the people behind the return counter flagged me down. The rung me up, told me where to pull my car for loading, pulled the flat bed cart outside, and a nice guy helped me load my car and disappeared before I could give him a tip. Really incredible service that saved me a lot of time and energy. Thank you!
