Poor customer service. Associates act as if they’re bothered when you ask them where something is (or they flat out say they don’t know and continue working). Or, they do not follow up with customers when their order takes 6 weeks to come in. I’ve had to constantly call and check on the status of the flooring materials I ordered. When I asked for a refund (bc it was taking so long), I was told I’d be charged 15% ($400) because of a restock fee...

My wife and I love this store. It always has everything we need! But maybe invest in some better security? This guy was just sitting there on his phone doing nothing. Someone even had to yell to get his attention when we were walking out. Afterwards he just sat back down slouched and played on his phone. We were there around 5 pm on June 25th, so I recommend you say something to whoever was on shift then. Springfield store. They never have anything that I want in stock. The Fairfax store on West Ox Rd is much better. Also I bought a Lifeproof floor from them. I absolutely love the floor! It cost $4k and some change. They wanted $5k and some change it install it! I spent one hundred dollars on tools and did it myself. It was easy!!!
They could actually be helpful and provide good customer service
I have ordered a dryer never received it, been waiting 2 weeks. these missed my order first week and second week their driver left without delivering. I spent hours looking for a supervisor on call with homedepot employees, no one could find out no. one lady kept me on hold and transferred to another associate saying she will transfer to her supervisor. worst experience purchasing something from these people! No customer service no one is accountable whatsoever!
Just have issue with the self checkout - the credit card scanners do not work properly- my card was charged 3 times for the same purchase
Just got denied a military discount on a dry wall repair kit and a sander. Associate said the computer determines what’s eligible and there was nothing she could do. We t to Lowe’s and got the discount no problem. If you are active duty or a veteran you may want to shop elsewhere.
