Don't go here if you are expecting prompt customer service. Though they have made numerous calls over the speaker for assistance, nobody ever shows. I've been waiting for nearly 15 minutes for an associate to no avail. From the PA announcements, so have other customers in various departments. I'll take my buiness somewhere else.
Had a great experience here. I bit off more than I could chew for a project. I decided to build a shed to house 5 bicycles from scratch and had no idea how much work this would entail. I wondered into Home Depot with only an idea and a legal pad. What I left with was the confidence and tools to build an amazing shed that is now the envy of all my neighbors. Home Depot is dead to me. That's two horrible customer service experiences in a row. Can't get a price on an item. Can't get assistance in hardware. Can't even talk to a manager. I got so frustrated waiting for my price check (20+ minutes waiting) I just left the store and left a full basket of stuff behind at the register. Heading to Lowes.
