So far, I've learned to expect zero customer service.
They say they have grill assembly online but what they don't tell you is that they are only there two days out of the week. So when I go to the store you can only imagine how surprised I was to find out that the grill I bought wasn't ready after they sent me the email that my order was ready. Then everyone including the manager who I spoke to was just like oh well sir your S.O.L. With all those tools and people with knowledge of those tools l you would think someone could put it together.
