Went to buy a stove and a push mower. After waiting over 40 minutes for someone to help us I left everything and walked out! Horrible customer service!
Not too happy right now. I placed an online order 2.5 hrs ago for a utility cart to give my dog a great last few days and take him places on this Earth... will likely be 3 hrs after I'm able to go home with it. Employees were nice but 3 hrs is a bit crazy on a Monday morning.
Very clean. Helpful ppl in lumber section. Cashier was friendly too
I went there to purchase a riding mower. I waited for 35 minutes to get someone to assist me. Finally I found the mower I wanted. I paid for the mower, but the staff couldn't find the key and warranty papers. I wanted my money placed back on my card. Two hours passed before I could get my money back. The cashier called the manager several times before he responded. He told her to call the help desk. Finally the help desk said, anything over one thousand dollars needed approval from the manager. Over the weekend we bought a grill, a employee named Gil helped my husband and myself, he was so helpful, friendly and professional, he went out of his way to answer any questions and to help us, he was also the same way with other customers, I've worked with the public before so I know how hard and challenging it is especially when it's crazy busy, this 5 star rating is for him, kudos for being so professional, kind and helpful
Worse Customer Service Ever... You can only help people load mulch, but won't help a woman load multiple bags of rocks, and soil..
