I placed an order for a grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, & grill cover on June 30th and paid $35 to have it delivered to my house on July 2nd. Well here it is July 2nd and I look online (no phone call or explanation) & it tells me that my order has been put on 2 different delivery dates. Recommendedwell stocked never very crowded
The Home Depot on Chrysler Dr. in Upper Marlboro is a JOKE!!! I have called repeatedly trying to get info on the blind cutting machine and if they have a certain size of blind in stock ~ All I ever get is ~ PLEASE HOLD 8 transfers later a wonderful woman answered and apologized for me being on hold so many times and then she put me on hold again. lol a 28 min hold and still no one answered!!! I am so glad LOWES has offered me BETTER SERVICE & BETTER PRICES. I hope the higher ups read these reviews!!
I cannot recommend Home Depot, because they are definitely among the worst in customer service, punctuality, and communication. We placed an order of concrete block on April 22, 2020 from the Home Depot store in Upper Marlboro, MD. The order was originally supposed to be delivered on April 29. They not only failed to deliver as promised, they failed to even give a phone call to let us know it would not be delivered on time. This happened again on May 4 and also today, May 9. this has been the worst experience I had ever had at this location, the store manager on duty was no help & didn't offer any customer service to fix the issue. I will never spend money here again.
1st STOP Lying to your customers when it comes to processing refunds. I had to pay a mystery security deposit on a truck rental when I returned the truck. I paid it and was told that it would be refunded the next business day (Tuesday). It's now Friday and no refund. Each time I've called it's been one excuse after another. Who charges a security fee on the back end of a rental without 1st notifying the customer up front. Just went to this store, I had 3 items and asked the Customer service area if I can scan the items there rather than going to the very end of the store since I'm very pregnant. they had no customers and were just sitting around and none of them would help me. I will giving Lowes my business from here on out because their people help when asked.
