For the past 10 years I’ve used Lowes for all my flip houses and rentals. Thats about to change. The regional manager of the Hyattsville, MD (near DC) Home Depot saw a story on local TV about us helping Johns Hopkins. He had the store manager call JH and figure out who to talk to about this story. Im sure that was a task. Finally she was able to connect with George at JH and he gave her my phone number. Amazing staff. Always have just what I need.
Home delivery of appliances is the worse, the service and delivery men don't want to work - you call no one answers phone at the different departments, when you do get someone and leave messages they dont call back, why am I sppose to beg home depot to spend my money? Now, I will go to Lowes and cancel my appliances purchase and delilery and hook up with Home deport.
Terrible delivery and customer service management follow up. Scheduled delivery for dirt and rocks that never arrived. Happened two times as a no-show. Manager never returned our call. Hyattsville is terrible. Regional manager needs to correct this issue. Dirt and rocks are needed today.
On hold for two separate calls for more than 20 minutes... (22:36 and 24:02) finally gave up.
