I do not usually get online and do reviews, but I thought this time I would have valuable information to share with others. My husband and I went to the Owensboro Home Depot to purchase a suite of kitchen appliances. We were happy with the service that we received at the store. However, became dis-pleased when we had to deal with their delivery and distribution center. Needless to say, the delivery and distribution center changed our delivery dates without further notice, and put us two weeks past when we expected to receive... read more

Nice people, great customer service and it wasn't a big deal to bring my pet in so he didn't have to sit in the car.
We had a wonderful experience at the kids workshop! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Never received a washing machine delivery confirmation call the day before lets see if the company can get here today as was agreed when I paid them. Not happy when I called to confirm no help from the home depot had to call a complete other company for confirmation of a time!
We go there when we need large appliances . Always very nice
Very clean and friendly sales staff. Every person I saw verbally greeted us. No offense, but I'll be glad when we don't have to visit so often! Lol
