Customer service in your appliance department is terrible. Spent thousands of dollars the past few months renovating and so sorry I spent all that money with you. Should have gone to Lowes. Never shopping there again.
It appears that Home Depot delivery contractors can't get their act together! My wife ordered a Husky Tool Cabinet for my birthday only to have Non-Stop Delivery Company to "lose" it after receiving it at their facility in Blountville TN. (Employee must had REALLY liked it and took it home.. It has never been found since!!).. So she ordered a second one, received confirmation of delivery date, etc., now May 29, Southern Freight doesn't want to deliver it because they can't get their tractor trailer into the subdivision!.. Robert Montgomery was excellent yesterday. My husband and I came in to buy several hundred dollars worth of merchandise for our rental property. Robert started off helping us with some flooring but then went above and beyond to go all over the store helping us find items on our list such as a refrigerator, stove, hood, and even a toilet seat. He stayed with us the entire time helping us find the best deals. We have never had such excellent customer service at any Home Depot or Lowes. Thanks Robert you rock!!!
Hey Home Depot - are you going to pay me for the day I just lost because your delivery service driver was too incompetent to knock properly on the front door of my apartment when I was sitting less than 20 feet away, or call me back on my cell phone which he had done with no problem less than 30 minutes prior to confirm that he was on his way? They're selling open merchandise as new. I wanted to buy a shower head but ALL THREE of the packages had been opened. I went to Lowes.
