Possibly one of the worst experiences I've had with a store. Lost orders, inept employees, lies, and zero follow through on their commitments. Stay away!

came to visit from texas, just found out home depot has lots of clearance on Christmas items. im taking over $300 of Christmas items, can't find this special in texas.
Yesterday my husband and I went to the store fully intending to buy a new dryer. We had looked online, and knew exactly what we were planning on purchasing. After 25 minutes of not even being acknowledged we left the store, and went to Menards and purchased the same exact dryer. Companies complain that customers don’t provide positive feedback, they are concerned about losing sales to the internet, if they could train their employees to stop and say, “We’ll be with you in just a moment” it could make a significant difference... read more
Number 1- Dennis Shroyer , one of the managers there, can be a real jerk to his employees. Number 2 their scheduling of hours is questionable, meaning a lot of times they don't have the workers there at busy times that they need because they try to cut corners too much. Number 3 they don't spend enough time properly training their employees, which leads to frustrated, upset customers because the employees don't know enough about the products so the customers leave and go elsewhere to get what they need. Sad.
