The return area is so disorganized and SLOW. People stanfing in line and then one old @*** goes in the middle of the desk and the clerk takes him before everyone on line! The clerks are on the store phone and computers I assume looking up who knows what. Nobody called for back up. Its by design. They dont want you to return anything. Ill go to ACE.
While I appreciate the "one stop" shopping experience, their return policy for gas powered items is very poor. Twice I purchased items that were defective when I tried to use them. In both cases, Home Depot would not return or exchange the item, but said they would attempt to fix it and then send it to the manufacturer if they could not. They said the process takes 4-6 weeks. I could not wait that long to mow my lawn or cut down the trees that fell over in my driveway.
never know nothing, you ask employees for any product and does not want to help.
WOW! Went in for a board needed to repair a platform bed, Pino and Javier went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed.
