RecommendedStores has a sign saying it closes at 10, went there and a worker scream from inside, they were closed. I asked about the sign, she said she will tell the store manager....I’m sure they know this, if this changes are due to coronavirus, they’re not new changes, retailers had been dealing with changes in hours for month now, including Home Depot, no excuse for not changing the sign.
In September I ordered a custom door which was to be delivered October 25th, told that day it shipped. Long story short it was delivered to storeDecember 10th and they could not get to me until yesterday. Due to renters arriving today, now have to hold off installation till April. I dealt with the customer service desk three times over the past week to coordinate a small delivery of materials for renovations on my new business space. Each time the deliveries were not made, and customer service couldn’t tell me why nor could they fix it correctly. I placed an online order on Monday September 7, 2020 around 1:30 PM. I received a text soon after that my order was ready for curb side pick up. I went to the designated area for pick up and followed directions (3 times) and notified them I was her and what spot. Fast forward to 1 hour and 15 minutes later: yes, 1:15 later I called service desk that picked up after 4 minutes of ringing. Simply put, dot offer services you can’t truly live up to and actually provide.
