Made a food delivery to the service desk. As I was walking through the store, other employees were jokingly asking JD it was laid for and that they would take it. Which isn't actually funny. Do they ask all your customers for free food?
After wandering isles and speaking to 3 employees that were all very unhelpful. I found Lataushia. Seriously best employee in the store. She searched the computer and the isles with me trying to find a certain product. Eventually we found what I needed on the website but it was $30 less than in store. She price matched it or me. And I left very pleased and spent the amount wanted. And got all the products I needed. Also to top it all off I had my 5 year old with me. And he answered all of her questions too!!
Having to witness a manager belittle, through her terrible attitude, an employee that was trying to ask a question was both uncomfortable and unacceptable. Leave you "I gargled broken glass" attitude at home and treat people with respect! I have spent a ton of money in HD and it just seems people there hate life, except for the Servbian summer workers, you should take a cue from them! Get it together Home Depot!
Your protection plan is a joke. I have a grill that has a three year warranty that the burners aren't lighting. You have required me to call Brinkman to get the part numbers for then, but they are closed and you will not help. I have a grill on a Saturday that I can't even use. I have had to use the Lowe's protection plan and they are so helpful. I will never buy from Home Depot again. Easier to drive across the street to Lowe's and receive way better customer service
Shout out to the customer and employee that got my cash back from the self checkout and turned it in today, could of been an easy $50 to either one but I got it back an hour after I left and remembered I forgot it!
Dont EVER use their online order/pick up in store feature, you will get the crappiest warped wood they can find, your order will not be ready when it is supposed to and you will be treated very rudely!
