Worst customer service today. Lady was wicked rude and denied my order being there. Wouldn’t even entertain listening. I had to get UPS on the phone to get her to listen and look it up. It was there just like I said. She remained rude. Now I’ve recieved a phone call saying it’s ready, arrived, have been on the phone over half an hour for curbside pickup on HOLD. Called in, spoke with associate who said they would go find out what to do, put on hold, then 5 mins later, same person picked up the call and asked what I needed help with, and when I explained someone was finding an answer for me, they hung up on me. I called back incase it was a mistake, asked the same question and got hung up on again. Unprofessional,rude, and lazy. Called the Anchorage store and got help right away.
I just went to get some 2x4x8 boards and they have the price gouged to $4.79. It’s $2.87 in the lower 48. I asked a CS lady if they match online prices and she said ‘no, that’s the price to get them shipped up here’. Home Depot, you’re telling me that it costs $2 for a single board to be shipped up here?! I call BS. I also know better because they don’t cost that much during summer. Stop price gouging!!
They could deliver my special order placed on 12/04/2019 and actually show some customer care and appreciation.
Thank you Home Depot for making my second oldest day! She tried very hard on her coloring page and was so excited to find out she won!
They wouldn't let me buy a washer and dryer an hour and a half before close. I guess they didn't want to put in the work.
