They sucked it's took 5 and half hours to unloaded 11 pieces and the girl who is in charge of unloading is rude just like everyone else in the store
Nobody's ever around to help and the kids that work there xont know nothing about Construction! BUT its still cheaper than other places. Its a get it yourself time of deal CANT wait for LOWES
The home depot in Salinas is the store with worse customer service! All bad reviews listed had happened to me!!! I thought it was just me.
Its a good store i like going there, but i went to get some wood and the cuting panel wasnt working so i couldnt get what i wanted
They need to open more registers. The workers walking around always tell us where things are. So I guess that's good.
The parking was just mess with cart all over the place. Go inside, the place is a mess, had difficulty maneuvering my cart. No one willing to help, they just walk on by. Ask for help, I told it wasn't his department, but would have someone else to help. I think he forgot about me. I heard from many friends how bad the service at the Salinas store. I understand that Lowes is always cleaner and have friendly service. Excited and can't wait until the new store opens in Salinas.
I've never had such bad customer service like I did at this location. No one came to help us even after we sought out help. You're a customer based company with very very poor service. Will never go back ever!!!
We shop here a lot and have had good service and good products. So this is a comment on a big disappointment. The poinsettia's this year were have been awful! Half of the 12 we bought this year are already nearly dead...(they are sick and look awful) and 3 are dead and already in compost. It is not even Christmas. We have been buying them at HD for years with no problems and nice quality plants. I called the store and talked to Jose (an assist mgr).
