Terrible customer service, nobody ever seems interested in helping. During our current pandemic, many employees are wearing their masks over mouth only, and one girl had hers hanging around her chin. When I mentioned it to her I got major attitude, like 'whatever'and she actually started to ignore us completely. They're young kids I get it, but where are the managers!!!
waited for over an hour for a service specialist, every time I went to customer service to request someone to help me the representative went to another customer when I was first in line this happened 4 times when the 5th customer who walked in was taken before me and my husband i lost it and walked out of the store, the day Pryor I had purchased a 3 thousand dollar refrigerator and today I was back for the 1,800 oven. I cancelled the order for the fridge and refuse to go back all in all i ended up waiting 2 hours for nothin... read more
