It was LiT AF in the lighting aisle
Love the store, good prices, hate Saw Mill River Road from Elmsford to Store. Narrow Road with tons of large trucks.
Total suckage. Piss poor customer service/ abandoned door and window department. We had to walk out and won’t be back.
At some point Home Depot decided that it made sense for the aisles to be so crowded with displays that it is impossible to walk. I’d spend more money here if it didn’t take 20 mins to walk from end to end. #singlefiledowntheaisle.
The Home Depot has these worst customer service ever!! Had a delivery scheduled for today and I just called to check the status and they told me it was rescheduled for Friday. Did anyone call me??? Nope! �
My husband and I were using the self checkout because we never had a problem before...it's one of the few places where it's quick and easy. Tonight however the attendant at the self checkout was so rude to us because we had a large item that she needed to use the wand....and her comment to us was "guys this is the self checkout...that means self checkout ".
