I have been trying to call about an online order, and every time I get through to the customer service desk, whomever is there just hangs up on me. *Update* I emailed the store manager, Michael Romano, about this. No response yet. *2nd Update* Got through to the store, asked for customer service, got hung up on again.
I went to this Home Depot with low expectations, after an awful experience a few years ago. Enter Pamela Yang, a flooring specialist. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and had our best interests in mind. I couldn't ask for a better customer experience. She restored my faith in Home Depot. I will be a customer now and in the future.
Very poor staffing. Registers unattended, no help at self checkout.
