Without a doubt the worst customer/ contractor service in the industry. Especially on a Sunday.... went in to get a couple things for a job, couldn’t even find an actual checker to pay cash. No managers available, or so they say... wonder how quickly someone would show up if I just walked out with the stuff!?!? Home Depot, especially Goleta store, is the absolute worst by far. From now on, there will be no business from my company or any of my subs... garbage material and even worse customer service.
I guess this is what happens when a company has no competition. The absolute worst Home Depot I have ever visited. Good luck getting someone to help, they are too busy stocking shelves, and unless you want to raise your blood pressure, do not call them with questions, you will wait on hold forever. I guess the corporate parent doesn’t care. The only game in town, so they can suck.
