People walking around with masks around their necks... I asked an employee why no one was saying anything to them and his response was that Home Depot doesn't enforce the policy ... Stay away until after the pandemic ... Feel bad for the employees exposed by this careless behavior..
Many of the workers were not wearing masks. They had them pulled down under their chin. I took photos and asked to see the manager. He was useless. He kept giving me B.S. about how masks fall down when you talk, and he really couldn't do anything about it. I also asked him about many customers with no masks at all and he said he's not law enforcement and he can't do anything about the customers either. the employees refused to masks
rude service and blocking off of gardening stuff such as seeds to grow your own food and supplies to grow said food! During this time especially we need to become self sufficient. And yes I have pics of this at least 1 store, but the Home Depot page will not allow any posting of questions or pictures in regards to it!

I’m here in one of your motorized carts because I’ve got a very badly damaged knee. Employee watched me get out out of cart. Hobble over to move debris out of my way, and get back into cart. While he sat there on his cell phone. On the positive side, young lady in the Christmas decorations area was extremely helpful and friendly.
I have worked at the Home Depot in Goleta for 3 months and yes we have been short handed in the flooring department. The management team is committed to hiring good people (including myself) lol❣️ We are striving to provide you with the customer service you deserve. Come in and see me for a 5 star experience❣️
Horrible customer service! Actually there was no customer service! So I resorted to Siri instead, and she helped me with what I needed to find!
spent 1 HR to buy a toilet. No help, waited in 2 lines. left with nothing. Called store on phone, waited 10 minutes on hold. So frustrating. Worst customer service on earth. I may drive south 30 miles to Lowes.
