These people won't help you out even if you shop there everyday
I was looking to put in new wood flooring. What a mistake I made going to Home Depot. I paid for them to come and measure which they did but then I had to call several times a day for a week to get the measurements and quote from them. All the while they would keep calling me for the go ahead when I didn’t receive the quote yet. I feel I wasted my money and have no faith in them doing a professional job.

I have to say in all of my visits to Home Depot, every associate has been helpful but this visit blew me away. I needed assistance finding some items and unknowingly happen to walk up to the store Manager who was on the floor. Kira did some digging to see if there was anymore stock available for the item I needed. Unfortunately, they were out so Kira went out of her way to find something comparable and order the remainder for me. Customer service is such a lost art. Kira gets it.
