RecommendedStephanie helped me out today at the P'Burg location. I believe she was from the service desk. I am not local to that store and live closer to the Poconos in PA. After seeking out something out of stock in my more local HD Stores, I was directed there, they still had inventory( Patio Dining Set). I got hung up on or waited at least 10 minutes before getting disconnected in 3 of the other stores I called. Worst experience ever trying to buy a dishwasher. Today was failed attempt #3 to deliver it. We will be getting our money back and never ever purchasing anything from Hone Depot again.
I love when I drive 20 minutes to your store to pick up an item the app says you have 5 of only to find out you have none.
