Just left the store and can't believe the high quality of customer service. Every aisle I went down, I saw an employee (all ages, too) who either smiled and said hi or asked me if they could help me. Customer service like this is hard to find. Great experience.
Went looking for Venetian . Blind Brackets today and was directed to a associate in the Flooring Department she was able to find the Brackets that I couldn't find after 20 mins. I'm very happy to see that Customer Service in this Store has always been Top notch. Just sorry I forgot her name.
Ordered a refrigerator and was pressured into making a quick decision with a guarantee that I would have it delivered in two days which sounded great because I have a family and my refrigerator was broken. When it wasn't delivered when It was supposed to be I called, and they couldn't even find my order. I was told that there was a glitch in the system and it wasn't there fault and I would have to wait 6 more days for it to be delivered. I just waited 65 minutes with three kids for an order that was placed and paid for yesterday all because not one sales associate would help with a screwdriver. My order was assembled when I asked for it not to be knowing it would not fit. After multiple attempts to get someone to help me they said they would get me one in a box and it would take two minutes. Well another half hour goes by and I finally get the grill. I asked to speak to a manager and there's not one on duty!! That's crazy!

Went yesterday with cell phone in hand which was set on YouTube showing how to make a Hollywood vanity, looking lost this very nice employee(wish I remembered his name)looked at my phone and took me all over the store getting me everything I needed and explained what I needed to do he was a huge help!!!Going to have one happy girl on Christmas Day!!Thank you so much for a great experience!!
Home depots lack of respect for their customers and employees has cost them. My company as well as several of our colleagues are no longer shopping with them. Wonder why your contractor sales are down in your Sicklerville store?
