Buyer beware Home Depot in Washington Twp. Bought a new lawn tractor yesterday and delivered today and they sent the model that had been sitting outside. Manual so yellow it looked like if you touch it it will crumble. They told us they had 2 unopened .. Then when we called she said they just put it out front Sunday! we did not ask not pay for a model sitting out in the rain and whatever for months.Old bait and switch. Then she tried to say that it comes assembled from the factory
the girl at the return register was not wearing her mask correctly today . it was under the nose and is not proper for wearing a mask. Home depot if you are to make rules obey them. this is pertaining to the home depot on crosskey, monroe township
placed an online order for in store pickup and just found out they are three days behind with the online orders. the website doesn't tell you that when you are placing your order, I had to call and get a status. I will just go to Lowes.
RecommendedPLEASE make a contractors only line!
We are having such a hard time with this store. 😤They delivered concrete to our back yard for a fence project. Half of the concrete had gotten wet & was unusable. My husband sat on hold for 2 hours & 10 minutes to talk to someone. They told him they could not issue a refund until they have the damaged product back. They set a date to pick it up from my backyard. Finally today they are coming to remove this stuff from yard. The driver says there’s no way he’s picking this up because they are pieces of concrete. You just dropped a pallet off at my daughters house that doesn’t belong to her- she called the local store and the woman that answered the phone was absolutely worthless- she of course didn’t get what she ordered
I would like to say a giant thank you to Ricky at the Sicklerville, NJ store! He was a huge help and made my day much easier by helping me figure out what I was looking for to finish my project!
I wish they could get more people on staff in the departments when they are busy.
