Don't try calling, they keep you on hold for an hour then when they finally answer, they transfer you to hold for another hour! Had one of their sub contractors come out to install countertops and they refused to put any plywood underneath. I said no, and now can't get ahold of anyone at home depot to get a different sub contractor.
horrible customer service, bought a washer and dryer on 5/3, they kept pushing deliver back until finally delivering on 7/10. when I ordered them the customer service rep informed me I had 30 days to return them once I received them if i wasnt happy with them. well here we are 12 days after delivery and they refuse to return, all I want is to exchange the dryer and now I'm being told me that no one told me I had 30 days, basically telling me I'm a liar... the employees at this store obviously need more training on their proc... read more
Brought two Collins fans for curb side pick up . 3 days later still no response when I'm gonna get it . It's much more better if I'd pick up the shipping method . WHY DO I NEED TO BUY AND PICK UP CURB SIDE IF YOU GUYS CANT EVEN HANDLE IT !!!!

I bought my girls a Christmas tree last week and is very dry so I called the manager to the store she should I need to bring the tree and the receipt which I don't have the receipt and I explained to her that I have three kids that are autistic And toddler and they're devastated that their tree is dead now and I watered it and kept it watered and she was very rude to me and said she can't help me without a receipt so I ask for corporates number and that's when she hung up on me
My daughter absolutely loves the workshop days! She is a very independent worker but if she needs help either myself or the staff are right there to assist! Thank you!
Our boys had a GREAT time!!! Fun, easy project (not so complicated that they got frustrated) that looked really nice once completed. The gentleman running the group was friendly and funny with kids and adults. We will be back next month for sure! Thanks Home Depot!!!
