137 is actually “zero.” Pathetic. In fairness, Marvin, the manager, was quite nice and gave me a sizable discount on other items for my wasted time, but, still, it takes a lot of dysfunction at the top level of the company for this kind of discrepancy.
I will never order or get large appliances delivered from Home Depot again. I live in Queens, NY bought a stove at home Depot and set the delivery for today. Got a call at 11:30am that the truck broke down and the replacement truck was also broken. The earliest date I can get it was next Tuesday. And I already had my stove disconnected because Home Depot don’t disconnect and connect gas lines. Called Home Depot spoke to management they can’t do anything for me but move it up until Monday. We ordered a new roof through home depot. They were supposed to come on Friday at 8 am. At 10:00 we called and were told there was a problem with a truck and they were waiting for a new one. Meanwhile, the material was delivered and is sitting in my driveway. At 11:00, we called and left a message 3 times and no one called back. If you plan on even asking a god damn question, good luck to you ! This is the worst Home Depot EVER ! Customer Service is poor ,Management is Poor , Staff is clueless I hate to come here but it’s near my house but stay away I wish Cooperate Sees these reviews and ADDRESSES this ASAP .
I dont think many people particularly enjoy going to home depot. But i gotta say you all have made the experience much worse. Im currently renovating my apartment and have gone to to hd for materials needed so our contractors can make it happen. We bought some kitchen cabinets only to note your designer left me with a big empty space that cant be utilized. And then i buy some security doors. I paid for them.
