I asked 5 employees for gorilla glue today and not a single one was even polite or helpful. The 6th person pointed me to an end cap where there was some. Please don’t hire employees who aren’t friendly and are clueless as to where things are.
I have been calling all day and they do not pick up, it rings for 3 minutes and then hangs up, or a recording comes on saying "circumstances beyond out control have made us unable to answer the phone" and then hangs up. we placed an order that said it was being delivered yesterday, but it never showed up - meaning we waited around during a 14 hour window at home for nothing. the delivery company said it was because the items were not ready when the delivery driver showed up, but our tracking status said, and still says, "out... read more

The post office's reputation as the epitome for indifferent employees has suffered a severe setback with the advent of Home Depot. Here the employees run away from anyone who looks like they might require assistance. They seem to impersonate customers so you don't notice them. Odd behavior because what else do they have to do. The reason small hardware stores still exist. Nonetheless I got a good deal on a ladder, pick up relatively easy and convenient.
