Went to walk in with my dog and we were not allowed in. Went to Lowe's and was welcome with open arms. Home Depot will never again receive my business. Even though we just bought a brand new stove there and are continuing to remodel our house. Will also make sure to spread the word to all friends and family to not set foot in the store again.
Bought paint for the exterior of our house and to no fault of theirs, I picked the wrong color mixed paint. Took it back and they couldn't re-mix it to get my color. Started over, got the right color, and no extra charge. I love you Home Depot!
Helpful employees in the garden shop. Was looking for the correct fertilizer for a transplanted blue spruce. Employee took me right to the correct spot. Also love the Home Depot app -- makes finding things much easier because it gives you isle and bay location
After all these years, I figured I'd write a review. We weren't from the area and were on our way home. We pulled into the lot and went in. Everyone was amazingly polite and friendly. My mom was getting flower pots and my dad needed a level. My 2 nephews and myself were just tagging along. Employees EVERYWHERE! "Hi. How are ya today? Great to see you could make it!" Not being pet friendly is preventing me from doing a bunch of shopping there as I need to bring my dog and get a bunch of stuff and can't. Too bad. Looks like my shopping will be at Lowes.
