didnt provide full information which held up the thousands of dollars for a month just to have to start over with someone else
I tried the online order and curbside pick up. I tried 5 times. drove to the store and called. I have never spoken to a person. I was hung up on 7 out 8 times and just say on hold for another 5 or 6. once for 17 minutes. I have been on hold waiting for a person for over 8 minutes today. my order has been cancelled but it was made with a gift card which was empty so I threw it away 3 weeks ago when we paid for the order. how do I get my money so I can drive WAY out of my way to give Lowe's my money?
DO NOT buy appliances from home depot they delivered damaged appliances for me at an apartement while i was in the hospital and refuse to replace them.
I have had the absolute worst experience I have ever in my life with this place. I will never ever step foot in another home Depot. I spent $5000 in flooring, took time off of work hauled 39 boxes of laminate into my my house, borrowed a truck all for them to show up on the day of install and tell me they can’t do the job. They were suppose to pick up the flooring today, but of course they couldn’t even schedule that correctly. This is a great location full of people that know what they are doing and they can help you or find the person that can.
Went there Sunday. Stood around trying to get help. One employees ignored me while I asked him question. Called management they did nothing. This store is everything wrong with a business. No service they sell cheap crap. Poor management. I dread having to go back there. Maybe if you are a contractor they care. I have calls to management and customer service recorded. Hoping to post so I can show what a joke this place is.
