The employees were so helpful. It was the most stressful day of the year for retail workers, and they were all very friendly and helpful.
I have applied for and been turned down for the head cashier's position three times. I am angry and frustrated. I am looking for another job. I would hate to think that this has something to do with my age. I have been there for a little more than two and a half years. Morale has been steadily going downhill. Understaffed and overworked. There seems to be no real respect for the employees. If you want me to be just a cashier that is what you will get. No more no less.
We've always had great customer service at this location but tonight the staff there just went above and beyond. Best customer service we've had at any place! While we were there we were helped by at least 5 different staff members and they were all extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable in their departments. We had a lot of questions and a lot of stuff to get and they were all patient and all around fantastic.
