Purchased garage doors, no one has called to set up an install date or to come out and measure. so far I have spoken to Pam no return call, left a VM with Cathy 3 days ago no return. Called today talked with the manager Eric and he said he would have Craig call me back to see when I should expect someone and no return call. The worst communicators ever! I just want my garage doors installed!!!
Just letting you know what is going on with our new fiberglass door that was ordered mid May 2015. keep getting calls from home depot saying they are having trouble with the door frame every time it comes in to the store, this has been about 5 times now, its already been paid (WHICH IS ANOTHER PAIN) and its August the 3rd. If the door ever gets here and installed I swear there will be no more business at Home Depot from us. I will never do business with these folks again. No idea what customer service is and could care less about any customer once you purchase anything from them. Alert stay out of this store. Been promised delivery of items twice and still nothing and no help calling manager or going to the store. Any compensation for all the stories of why you have to still be waiting after 3 weeks? Hell no not even we are sorry for the way we handle customers .
I went in to return a $2.96 item that we didn't use on a project. I had the receipt but it was out of the 90 days. They wanted my drivers license and I didn't have it. Made me walk back to my car (couldn't just trust that i knew my drivers license number by heart) so I could donate my $2.96 card to some unexpecting guy standing in line... all that because I was returning a less than $3 item. You guys need yo work on the commen sense part of your returns process...
