Bought a few thousand dollars worth of lumber over the course of two months both times it was wrong Teresa the store manager wanted to charge me for two loads of lumber to come pick up 1 load that was wrong I'll be giving my business to Lowe's from now on as I'm going to do kitchen and bathrooms next,don't visit this store Teresa won't put customer first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service. Advertise something "in stock". Not in stock, waited 45 minutes for them to tell me.

Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful customer service, I just got back from your Skyview location. I had to stop in the freezing rain to get some sandbags for the back of my truck. The employee at the front door ( I wish I would've asked for his name now) was AWESOME! Told him what I needed ...He got six 60 lbs bags and had me loaded up in no time.Thanks again!!
