I think it's insane that we purchased a large Husky Tool Chest for $500 that's The Black Friday Special & said we'd be back within an hour with a truck to pick up to be told by an associate/cashier Erin & the store manager we could rent a Home Depot truck to take it home!!!! Truly were is the customer service??? Especially since we just left The Home Depot in Lee's Summit were they sold the same tool chest & let a customer there hold the chest till they came back with a truck?
