You sell a product with an Extended Warranty and when it doesn't work? Warranty Service? pulls a No Call No Show, then gives you the Run around when they will ACTUALLY SHOW UP! it's been almost 2 weeks with a DRYER THAT DOESN'T WORK THAT'S BRAND NEW!!
The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Bad customer service, no one will answer their phone. And they haven't a clue what is in stock.

I just came from Home Depot. I am disabled and walking with a cane, and get assistance loading 10 bags of tube sand (price not on shelf BTW) and he pushed it to the register for me. Thinking it had to be like Lowe's, where tube sand was cheaper than Play Sand. Get rung up, and it's $5.55 a bag, over a dollar more than the Play Sand! Ordered a cabinet online and when it came, it is not what we wanted. Took it back. They put the funds back on the card that was used to purchase it. Go to use that card to make the purchases we did want from in-store shopping today and the cashier could not get the card entered. The "head cashier" said "I don't know" and "we don't accept that card" and started to walk away. Rob from plumbing is the sole reason I keep coming back to the store. I live less than a mile from Menards and will drive over there just to see him. He always has answers to questions that it seems nobody else can answer at Lowes or Menards.
